Twenty two years ago my mum took me for my first bra fitting, the experience is one I would not like to repeat. Measured with a tape measure the lady then used a formula that produced a bra that would take me into womanhood. Not online was it unsupportive but at 15 it looked awful too! From that day I did as most women do 'I made it up as I went along, often buying the one that would do'. After 15 years of wearing the wrong size I trained as a bra fitter, I soon learnt I needed a much smaller back size to transfer the weight and support to my back and away from my shoulders. The smaller back meant I needed a bigger cup size. At last I had a lesson I had needed, I had been taught how my bra should fit!
